Returns Policy

1. Pursuant to art. 45 and following of Legislative Decree 21/14, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a reference in the order form VAT number), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

2. To exercise this right, the Customer, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, must contact the customer service of and informing of his will to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration by registered letter or e -mail (specifying name, order number, geographical address, telephone number and any e-mail address), declaring that you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, to:

In case of withdrawal from the contract, payments made to My Cigarette will be refunded, with the exception of shipping and collection costs (cash on delivery), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive the return.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. If the Customer decides to be reimbursed by bank transfer, it will be his responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (IBAN and current account holder).

My Cigarette will take care of the collection of the goods. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. The cost is estimated to be a maximum of € 29.00.
The Customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same.
If the customer decides to independently send the goods subject to withdrawal, he assumes all responsibility for the shipment until receipt in our warehouse. In case of damage to the goods during transport, My Cigarette will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly notify the courier of his choice and obtain a refund of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal.
My Cigarette is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

In case of autonomous sending of the goods by the Customer, the refund will be suspended until the date of receipt of the same at the My Cigarette warehouses or, alternatively, until the moment in which the customer certifies the shipment by receipt.
The shipment must be made no later than 10 days from receipt of the goods by the customer.

3. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories)
the law does not apply: (1) to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened; (2) to products made to measure or clearly personalized; (3) to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery (in our case, by way of example and not limited to, wigs or contact lenses).
the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, components etc ...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided.
Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, My Cigarette will deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 50% ​​of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where My Cigarette ascertainsthe:
the non-diligent use of the asset that has compromised its integrity, or the use of any consumable materials;
the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters of My Cigarette, available to the Customer for collection at his expense.


If you have made a purchase on our site and want to withdraw from the purchase, you will need to follow this simple procedure:
send a communication to My Cigarette, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods by email to or by registered mail;
The customer will ship the product carefully packed in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
Always add to the package you send back a written request (preferably printed on a computer or typewriter) for a refund or product exchange. My Cigarette will refund within 14 days from the date on which it becomes aware of the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.
In the event that the product has already been delivered to the Customer, My Cigarette will refund following the return of the product and verification of its integrity.
For purchases made with Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer, My Cigarette will refund by bank transfer; it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN and current account holder). For purchases made by credit card payment, the refund will be made by crediting directly to the card with which the payment was made.
